About Our Practice
The Practice was established some 30 years ago and has been part of the Hills ever since. Norwest Chiropractic has been at its current location since the beginning of 2001. We are a family based practice, who specialise in care for the entire family. Our patients range in age from 5 days to 90 years old. At Norwest Chiropractic there is not only a wide range in age but also the type of condition we treat.
What Is Involved?
The initial consultation is approximately 45 minutes long.
Upon entering the clinic you will be asked to fill out a couple forms. These are designed to give us an indication of the severity of your condition and to inform you about chiropractic. From there you will shown through to one of our individual private treating rooms. The chiropractor will go through a complete history of your complaint, and carry out any testing necessary.
Once all the testing has been done the chiropractor will then go through a report of findings with you. During this process the chiropractor will discuss the nature of your condition, and go through your options for treatment. If you are happy treatment will then commence and is included in your initial consult.
Subsequent consultations are half an hour in length, with 10-15 minutes of this time being for soft tissue therapy or massage. The final 10-15 minutes is spent with the chiropractor including any treatment that is required.
