1

Initial Consultation and Assessment

Upon arrival at the clinic, you’ll be asked to fill out a couple of forms to help assess the severity of your condition and inform you about chiropractic care. Afterward, you’ll be shown to a private treatment room where the chiropractor will conduct a thorough review of your health history and your current complaint. The chiropractor will also carry out any necessary physical tests or diagnostic exams.

This initial consultation lasts approximately 45 minutes, and at the end of the assessment, the chiropractor will discuss the findings with you and explain the nature of your condition. If you are happy with the proposed treatment plan, the first treatment will begin during this visit.

2

Personalised Treatment Plan

After the assessment, the chiropractor will present a report of findings, detailing the results of your examination and explaining your options for treatment. Together, you’ll decide on a plan that aligns with your goals, whether it’s pain relief, rehabilitation, or wellness maintenance.

Treatment begins immediately after the consultation if you agree with the plan, and it is included as part of the initial visit.

3

Ongoing Care and Maintenance

Subsequent consultations are typically 30 minutes long, with 10-15 minutes devoted to soft tissue therapy or massage to relax the muscles and support the adjustments. The remaining time is spent with the chiropractor, focusing on spinal adjustments or any other necessary treatments.

These ongoing treatments aim to not only manage your condition but also to prevent future issues and promote long-term wellness.
